You have made a smart decision by selecting the Colpurin System. Here is some information to get you started:

Colpurin- Phase 1 Internal Cleanse and Colpurin- Phase 2 Body Purifier can and should be taken together.
Based on your own personal level of colon health, you may take up to 6 capsules of the Phase 1 Internal Cleanse per day. You should start with 1 capsule in the AM and 1 in the PM to see how you tolerate the all-natural formula and then increase as needed. The suggested use of the Body Purifier is 1 capsule in the AM and 1 in the PM for a total of 2 capsules per day. Colpurin Phase 2 Body Purifier can be taken year-round. Huntington Nutracueticals suggests an initial cleanse (Phase 1) of 15 days followed by a 2-week break prior to beginning another cleanse. Colpurin Phase 1 can be used as a part of a healthy colon maintenance program by taking every other month for 15 days. Colpurin Phase 2 Body Purifier can, and should be used year-round.

What is the recommended usage of all of the Colpurin System products (Internal Cleanse, Body Purifier, Liver Cleanse, and Weight Loss)?
It is recommended that Colpurin Internal Cleanse and Body Purifier (Phase 1 and Phase 2) be started at the same time. We suggest usage of no more than 15 days of the Phase 1, with a period of 2-4 weeks rest to allow your body to adjust. The Body Purifier may, and should, be taken year round. The Puritox Liver Cleanse should be started 2 weeks after the beginning of the Internal Cleanse/Body Purifier. Purislim Weight Loss should be started 2 weeks after the beginning of the Puritox Liver Cleanse. Therefore, Puritox and Purislim should be started 2 and 4 weeks respectively after the beginning of Phase 1/ Phase 2.
