Do I need to follow a certain diet with the Colpurin System?

In regard to diet, there are foods you should try to avoid and others that should make up the majority of your diet. (Please see Diet and Healthy Eating Tips links above) A proper diet will help keep your system clean and free of toxins as well as improving overall well-being. Simply think of whole foods as opposed to processed, refined ones. By whole foods, we are referring to lean meats, chicken, fish, seeds, nuts and whole grain breads. Raw fruits and vegetables are very important as they also provide fiber and enzymes. The fiber helps to clean out your system whereas enzymes improve the whole process of digestion.

Try to avoid sugar-laden foods like desserts and junk foods. Starches like white bread, white rice, potatoes and pasta should be consumed on a limited basis.
